The last, but certainly not the least in the Tucker family, is Byron . . . Jack Russell extraordinair! Please, hold your applause.

He is a dog, to the ‘t’! Having a Neapolitan Mastiff for eight years, that died of natural causes (old age), my heart lies with the giant dog breeds . . . but somehow was convinced this was more practical a breed due to our family renting our dwelling (for now).  And Justin has aaaallllwwwwaaayyyss wanted a Jack! That’s how he put it. So we bought Byron when I was 6 months prego with Tobias and he came home to live with us a couple of months before T was born. Poor dog. I am a cranky cranky prego lady.  Anyway, he apparently has 9 lives (like a cat) and he’s still with us . . .  So, he wins my approval, anyone that can live through the prego mother tucker has a right to my approval. :) He now holds a prominent position in the Tucker house as Tobias’ favorite toy of the moment.  He’s drug everywhere, on walks (yeah, you know he loves that), outside so sticks can be thrust in his face without any warning (and good-naturedly plays a long), around the room (to Toby’s liking) . . . he’s been sat on, laid on, pinched, pulled, petted (roughly), kissed, bitten . . . just plain loved by the one (and maybe the only one) that adores him, Tobias.  By the way, no blood was ever drawn . . . and Toby is corrected for being rough, so he’s getting better with Byron everyday. Just thought I’d clear that up. :)

Byron is liked by the whole family, he’s challenging at times due to his energy level, but he’s truly liked (yes, even loved) by us all.  And I hope there are many happy years to come for him. (to make up for cranky prego years)

Yeah, he’s just as intense as the stare he’s giving you here. He can stare directly at you for an endless amount of time, I always lose the staring contests with him.
