The comment on my last post made me wonder if I made it clear that my hamstrings and buttocks were sore because I WORKED OUT . . . to a Jillian Michael’s WORKOUT dvd. I wrote that stinkin’ post around 11pm and when I read back over this morning it wasn’t very clear to me what I was referring to either.
WORK OUT . . . thats what I did to make my MUSCLES sore . . .
